Jste ve stresu, t\u011blo je napjat\u00e9, dech zrychlen\u00fd, my\u0161lenky se rozb\u00edhaj\u00ed. A pak p\u0159ijde n\u011bkdo, kdo mluv\u00ed pomalu, klidn\u011b, je p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd. Nic ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed silou. Jen tam je. A n\u011bco se za\u010dne m\u011bnit. Dech se zpomal\u00ed, t\u011blo povol\u00ed, nap\u011bt\u00ed kles\u00e1.<\/p><p data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"387\">Tohle nen\u00ed n\u00e1hoda.<br data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"366\" \/>To je <strong data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"386\">koregulace<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"387\"><strong data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"533\">Koregulace je proces, kdy se nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m jednoho \u010dlov\u011bka lad\u00ed na nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m druh\u00e9ho.<\/strong> Jin\u00fdmi slovy nejsme regulovan\u00ed jen sami sebou, ale i vztahem. Z pohledu neurov\u011bdy n\u00e1\u0161 mozek neust\u00e1le vyhodnocuje, zda je prost\u0159ed\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, nebo ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed. Tento proces popisuje <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Polyvag\u00e1ln\u00ed teorie<\/span><\/span>. Mozek p\u0159itom nesleduje jen obsah slov. Sleduje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm: t\u00f3n hlasu, mimiku, \u0159e\u010d t\u011bla, tempo komunikace, kvalitu p\u0159\u00edtomnosti<\/p><p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1065\"><strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"979\">Kdy\u017e tyto sign\u00e1ly nesou klid a bezpe\u010d\u00ed, aktivuje se ventr\u00e1ln\u00ed vag\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/strong>, kter\u00fd souvis\u00ed s pocitem bezpe\u010d\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed anga\u017eovanost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed regulace emoc\u00ed. Naopak p\u0159i vn\u00edman\u00e9m ohro\u017een\u00ed se aktivuje sympatikus, \u00a0reakce \u201eboj nebo \u00fat\u011bk\u201c. Koregulace nen\u00ed jen psychologick\u00fd koncept. Je to fyziologick\u00fd proces, kter\u00fd se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 v t\u011ble. V\u00fdzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee bezpe\u010dn\u00fd vztahov\u00fd kontakt m\u016f\u017ee:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1504\"><li data-section-id=\"w7ljpp\" data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1398\">sni\u017eovat srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvenci<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ucchs2\" data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1448\">sni\u017eovat hladinu stresov\u00e9ho hormonu kortizolu<\/li><li data-section-id=\"knr7yj\" data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1468\">zpomalovat dech<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bxcqmv\" data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1504\">tlumit aktivaci stresov\u00e9 reakce<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1620\">Nap\u0159\u00edklad studie Coana a kol. D\u00edt\u011b si je\u0161t\u011b neum\u00ed samo regulovat emoce. Pot\u0159ebuje druh\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd: z\u016fstane klidn\u00fd, nab\u00eddne bezpe\u010d\u00ed, pom\u016f\u017ee pojmenovat a un\u00e9st pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p><p data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2087\"><strong data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2087\">Opakovan\u00e1 zku\u0161enost koregulace se postupn\u011b p\u0159episuje do schopnosti seberegulace.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2222\">Neurobiolog <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Allan Schore<\/span><\/span> ukazuje, \u017ee v\u00fdvoj emo\u010dn\u00ed regulace mozku prob\u00edh\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b ve vztahu nikoli izolovan\u011b.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2227\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f023405 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f023405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Koregulace mezi dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi\u200b. Koregulace ale nen\u00ed jen \u201et\u00e9ma d\u011btstv\u00ed\u201c. Je p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e1 v ka\u017ed\u00e9m vztahu.<\/p><p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2449\">Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste za\u017eili, \u017ee v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo uklidnil svou p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed. Nebo naopak rozladil, ani\u017e by \u0159ekl n\u011bco konkr\u00e9tn\u011b \u0161patn\u00e9ho. To je pr\u00e1ce nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. V partnersk\u00fdch, p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdch i terapeutick\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch koregulace: stabilizuje emoce, zvy\u0161uje pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed, umo\u017e\u0148uje hlub\u0161\u00ed kontakt, podporuje zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed stresu.V\u00fdzkumy v oblasti <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Interperson\u00e1ln\u00ed neurobiologie<\/span><\/span> ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2784\">mozek je formov\u00e1n vztahem a z\u00e1rove\u0148 je vztahem regulov\u00e1n<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2449\">Jak koregulace vypad\u00e1 v praxi? Koregulace \u010dasto nen\u00ed o velk\u00fdch gestech. Je o jemn\u00fdch sign\u00e1lech. Zpomalen\u00fd, klidn\u00fd hlas, v\u011bdom\u00fd dech, stabiln\u00ed o\u010dn\u00ed kontakt, jednoduch\u00e1 v\u011bta \u201ejsem tady\u201c, schopnost z\u016fstat p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd bez tlaku na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Nejde prim\u00e1rn\u011b o to, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me. Ale jak jsme p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00ed. V terapeutick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci je pr\u00e1v\u011b kvalita p\u0159\u00edtomnosti jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch regula\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f.<\/p><p data-start=\"3046\" data-end=\"3104\"><strong>Kdy\u017e koregulace chyb\u011bla. <\/strong>Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bl v \u017eivot\u011b dostatek bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 koregulace. Pokud v ran\u00e9m obdob\u00ed chyb\u011bla: stabiln\u00ed, klidn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edtomnost, bezpe\u010dn\u00fd vztah, emo\u010dn\u00ed dostupnost, m\u016f\u017ee se nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m nastavovat sp\u00ed\u0161e na: chronickou aktivaci (nap\u011bt\u00ed, \u00fazkost) nebo naopak \u00fatlum (odpojen\u00ed, \u201ezamrznut\u00ed\u201c)<\/p><p data-start=\"3527\" data-end=\"3584\">D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ale je, \u017ee nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 plastick\u00fd. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zku\u0161enost koregulace lze znovu z\u00edsk\u00e1vat skrze vztahy, terapii i v\u011bdomou pr\u00e1ci s t\u011blem.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"1t01ssj\" data-start=\"3696\" data-end=\"3730\"><strong>Pro\u010d je koregulace dnes kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1? <\/strong>Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 doba p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed vysokou m\u00edru stresu, rychlost a tlak na v\u00fdkon, oslaben\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fdch vztahov\u00fdch vazeb, komunikaci bez t\u011blesn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. O to v\u00edc roste v\u00fdznam koregulace. <strong data-start=\"3925\" data-end=\"3985\">\u010clov\u011bk nen\u00ed nastaven\u00fd na to, aby se reguloval izolovan\u011b.<\/strong><br data-start=\"3985\" data-end=\"3988\" \/>Je nastaven\u00fd na vztah. Koregulace nen\u00ed technika. Je to kvalita byt\u00ed ve vztahu. Je to schopnost z\u016fstat p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd, n\u00e9st klid a vytv\u00e1\u0159et bezpe\u010d\u00ed. A mo\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b to je to nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co si m\u016f\u017eeme odn\u00e9st, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m ovliv\u0148uje druh\u00e9 v\u00edc, ne\u017e si mysl\u00edme.
